Preconception Counseling
Are you thinking of becoming pregnant and want to explore holistic methods to support your fertility? We can discuss cycle tracking to optimize your chances of conception, nourishing your body with food and herbs, and stress reduction and sleep improvement strategies. If a complementary specialty would benefit you, I can provide referrals to naturopaths, chiropractors, herbalists, acupuncturists, massage therapists, and other care providers who specialize in fertility-supportive modalities.
Preconception Counseling: $150 for initial 2 hour consult, $50 each additional hour
Intrauterine Insemination (IUI) / Intracervical Insemination (ICI)
When you have decided the time is right, I can provide in-home IUI and ICI services. IUI is a simple procedure where specifically prepared sperm is slowly placed into the uterus via a small catheter tube. I am able to wash fresh sperm or use prepared frozen sperm from a sperm bank. ICI is a process where unwashed semen (semen and seminal fluid) is placed directly on your cervix. Timing is important with IUI/ICI and it should take place within 12 hours of ovulating, thus I am on call for you 24/7 to improve your chances of conception. Homebirth Services
Homebirth services are fully encompassing care for your birth journey! I provide in-home prenatal care for your entire pregnancy; labor and birth support; immediate postpartum care; continuing postpartum care for you and well-baby care up to 6 weeks of age for your little one. Fee includes use of a cushy waterbirth tub if you desire, an assistant midwife at your birth, lots of educational information & handouts, tons of one-on-one appointment time, as much labor support as you need, medical care during labor/birth as needed, referrals for care outside of my scope of practice, routine bloodwork, testing, wellperson care etc as you desire. Doula and Monitrice Services
Home birth is not the right choice for every family. As my schedule allows, I provide doula and monitrice care for people planning hospital births. Like a doula, a monitrice provides continuous labor support. Unlike a doula, a monitrice has additional training to perform clinical assessments during labor. Both doula and monitrice services are good options for the person who wants to labor at home as long as possible and lessen the likelihood of unnecessary hospital interventions.
We’ll discuss your birth desires, answer your questions, and get to know each other during two prenatal visits. When you decide you’d like additional support in labor, I will labor with you at home or in the hospital. The additional labor monitoring available to monitrice clients can help time the transition from home to the hospital, where I’ll support you in the doula’s role. I generally stay with you until after your baby is born and has been fed, and you are ready to rest. Doula and monitrice care both include two postpartum visits.

Well-Person Care
I offer well-person care including breast/chest exams, pelvic exams, Pap smears and routine lab testing for general health. I can order chest imaging and other diagnostic services. During your visit, I take the time to explain and educate with compassion, and sensitivity so that learning about your body is as comfortable and empowering as possible. I provide support, guidance, and referrals to support your physical, psychological, and social wellbeing.
Well-Person Care Full Visit (incl. Pap, HPV & STI testing if desired): $150
Pap/HPV testing only: $75
*Please note that lab tests are run through Quest or LabCorp and the cost of the lab charge will be billed by them directly to your insurance. If you don’t have insurance please let me know and we will discuss options.
Placenta Encapsulation
Placenta capsules and tincture may help to expedite recovery by replenishing iron and protein, stabilizing hormone levels and moods, alleviating fatigue, enhancing milk production, shortening postpartum bleeding, and preventing infection.

Postpartum only care
The postpartum period is one if the most important times to establish good bonding as a new family, healing yourself after birth and starting your baby with a solid feeding foundation. Sadly, in the USA medical system, when we send people home from the hospital they are not seen again until 6 weeks later unless a complication arises. Six weeks is far too long to go unattended with a new baby. I offer postpartum midwifery care in your home if you would like to have regular check ins for you and your baby. I am on call for you to answer questions as they come up (is this rash normal? Why is my baby so tired? What is this weird stuff in the diaper?!) I will make recommendations for nutrition, hydration, rest, bonding and feeding for you and your newborn tailored to the type of birth you experienced. We can also process your birth experience if you like. Please contact me to discuss your needs.
Free Pregnancy testing
I offer free pregnancy testing for individuals who may find going to a standard clinic unsafe or the cost of the test to be a financial barrier to learning your pregnancy status. If desired, we can talk about the full spectrum of options available to a person when they find out they are pregnant, healthy habits and the options of care available. This is a no-judgement service, there is no catch and I will not be trying to get you to use a midwife! As I offer this service for free, I do ask that if you have the means and feel safe purchasing your own test that you do so. This lets me continue to provide this free service for those in our community who need it.
Primal Health Coaching
Are you interested in taking your health in a different direction? Primal Health Coaching is based in simple but profound changes in your life that lead you back to optimum health. We talk about movement patterns and eating a whole foods based diet. No 60 minutes/day on the cardio machine or buying gross pre-packaged food in this way of life! You’ll get specific actionable help and one-on-one guidance for your individual lifestyle picture.
